Why is the shotgun such a dangerous weapon in Airsoft, this is due to the fact that the Airsoft shotgun is mostly a close range firing weapon and the targetory of the BBs are spread far and wide; allowing it to potential hit unsuspecting opponents.

4. Another key rule is keeping the muzzle of your Airsoft shotgun clear or debris. The best way to avoid having something stuck in the muzzle of your shotgun is to never allow the muzzle get in contact with the ground.
5. Most important rule of shooting an Airsoft shotgun is to ALWAYS wear protective face gear, like goggles or full face mask.
